Curry Leaves Podi (Karivepaku Kaaram Podi) is a traditional Andhra spice powder, made with fresh curry leaves, lentils, and a blend of roasted spices. Coarsely ground, it delivers a nutritious, aromatic, and flavorful taste that enhances a variety of South Indian dishes.
