Returns & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

However, replacements or exchanges may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Spoiled or quality issue reported immediately after delivery
  • Missing items in the order

To request a replacement or exchange, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order along with:

  • Order details
  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

Once the replacement/exchange is approved, the replacement product will be shipped within 1–3 business days and delivered within 7–10 business days.

Refund Policy

In case of approved returns or cancelled items, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer
  • Delivery delays caused by courier or unforeseen circumstances
  • Minor variations in taste, color, or texture typical of homemade food products

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before preparation or dispatch. Once the order is prepared or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
